just want to make sure that everyone knows when i say shit like “join your local food not bombs” i don’t think that everyone joining food not bombs is going to bring about global insurrection. the problem with present anarchist action is not simply that not people are participating in it, it is that it is too limited in its scope. this scope must expand as more people become involved. food not bombs is a great space to meet other anarchists and prepare to do bigger things. don’t just find other anarchists and then sit around waiting for some far-off “Revolution” to happen when you’ll be throwing bricks through windows and building communes. meet other anarchists and actively make and execute plans to build communes and burn down police stations now.
