Here is the main post for all of my recipes and my litha correspondences and tag. My correspondences might help you to understand my decision to pick certain themes! Litha is the celebration of summer and fire and the joys of life and no celebration is complete without delicious sweets! Here is a list of recipes and sweets to buy for the summer solstice!
So, as you guys may know, I had to migrate my main blog again. The second time was for good, though, and it will not be moving again if I can help it.
I’ve put down a good deal of links to my content during my time on tumblr, and due to the way it works, editing links doesn’t really do much. So, here it is:
🌿🌿🌿KITCHEN WITCHCRAFT MASTERPOST: STUFF YOU MAY LIKE
witchy cookies to encourage good and spiritual dreams 😴✨🔮
1 cup oat flour *you can make this by putting whole or quick oats in a blender/food processor
3 tbsp. honey
1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. anise
½ tsp. sage
mix all the ingredients to form a ball of dough. pinch off small wallnut sized pieces and shaped into either crescent moons or circles. bake for 15 minutes at 350F and let cool for 10 minutes. makes ~12 cookies
sorry this took me so long to post. I know the full moon and the solstice are already over, I just wanted to put this recipe out there because I made it for the first time and it was really good 🙂

CAKE:
~Ingredients~
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup honey (I used raw local honey)
1 ½ cups self-rising flour
3 eggs
1.) cream the butter and honey, then add the eggs.
2.) add the flour ½ cup at a time.
3.) pour into a greased 8 inch cake pan (I used a loaf pan)
4.) bake at 350 for about 45-50 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean.
FROSTING:
~Ingredients~
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 ½ tbsp. milk
1 teaspoon honey
1.) warm up milk slightly and mix in the honey until dissolved.
2.) mix in butter and then powdered sugar.
after the cake is cooked and cooled down, slice it up and pour the frosting over entire thing 🙂
