I mostly use tarot as a tool for personal introspection. Even people who don’t believe in divination of any kind can use tarot as an aid to explore different perspectives to a situation or even their own psyche. These are some things which I believe I need to confront about myself before achieving any real personal growth.
1. FIXATE
What are the parts of yourself or your life that you tend to get hung up about. Confronting yourself can be good, but overly obsessing on a particular problem or aspect of yourself can inhibit growth.
2. IGNORE
Conversely, what do you tend to push to the side. This can go both ways: some are unable to see the good things in themselves or their lives, while others gloss over their faults and avoid addressing their problems.
3. FALSE
What are the things we think to be true about ourselves, or our lives that are not. These are often negative qualities, a lot of people think they are less capable, less deserving or less worthy than they really are.
4. DECIPHER
What about ourselves have we yet to understand. Everyone has some things about themselves which they don’t yet fully grasp or cannot quite put to words.
5. WANT
What do we most want from ourselves and our lives. The things we wish were more true about ourselves or that we aspire to be. This is a long process to achieve, and part of that is learning that we can’t just skip to this step, we need to deal with the other parts of ourselves too, including the undesirable parts, before we can achieve true personal growth.
Note: Tarot is not a substitute for professional counselling and other forms of licensed therapy! Feel free to use it as a complimentary practice (unless otherwise advised), but do not rely on it as your sole means of treatment if you believe you need professional counselling.

💛This is a season of immense growth, which forces us to really look within. We are evolving all the time, whether we realize it or not. I love this spread for journaling purposes. It really breaks down various aspects of your character and sheds some light on what we think about, how we are feeling, and what we need to do to move forward and improve. The best part- you can do this spread every few months to track your progress. 💛
This tarot layout requires a quiet space and a lot of energy! As you can see, it’s a little complex.
You can shuffle your deck and lay down the cards all at once, or you can focus on each section individually until it’s all out. Completely up to you and what feels right! (Sometimes I will dedicate one deck to love, another to personal growth, and a third to career!)
(The 1-3 on the bottom is for either oracle cards, or if you want to continue to use tarot cards for the overall energies)

Being an empath certainly has had its challenges over the years, you pick up negative energy and positive energy and then what? Sometimes it just weighs you down till you feel like a pancake but we’re strong little cookies.🍪You can clear out the negative energy and protect yourself. This spread is for each person trying to grow as an empath or already an empath, it should help you find your grounding. I’ve used this with both tarot and oracle! As always, I hope it can help.💜
The First Card: This card is about who you are without all the energies of everyone around you. Sometimes we pick up so much from other people it’s hard to see who we truly are or how we feel. What’s really going on in our heart? What is in your heart when you take away the residue energy others left behind?
The Second Card: This is very important because this will give you some information on your grounding. Are you even grounded? If not, what can you do about it? How can you get grounded? We empaths gotta make sure we’re grounded.
The Third Card: Is there anything affecting you, if so what is majorly affecting your energy right now. It could be what happened today or on a bigger scale – like something that might have been wearing you down for a while now. This card is to help you understand it all. What’s affecting me if anything?
The Fourth Card: As an empath making sure your energy is clear/clean can be pretty important. This card will give you insight on how to clear away junk you might already have but clear away future junk too. What can I do to help clear away negative energy, now and in the future?
The Fifth Card: Protecting yourself from bad energy is pretty imperative, little loves. Your protection bubble or shield is one way to stay safe from impending bad energy. How can I shield myself or what kind of shield should I create?
The Sixth Card: So now that you know what’s going on where do you go from here? This card is to inspire you! Go out and live your amazing empath life and stay strong despite the feelings, good and bad, we pick up.
Please no one kill me…These are my first evertarot spreads I have made myself. I bought the 20th anniversary Hufflepuff edition of the Philosopher’s Stone and was inspired 🙂 I hope you all enjoy~

Change is an inevitable part of life and sometimes we’re not quite ready for it. We can lose our heads in how rapidly things are moving and it can take a while to steady ourselves and really see what’s happening. This is to help you embrace the change and how to go with the flow.
The First Card: This card is represented by the waves that are carrying you away. These waves represent the changes you are going through or will be going through.
The Second and Third Card: This represents what you can do to ease the transaction, whether it’s an act of self-care or something you can do in the situation to help embrace the change. This can also represent who/what you can go to for support.
The Fourth Card: This card represents what you need to let go off. It’s time to let go of the tensions so you can steadily float down the river.
The Fifth Card: This represents where you will be at the end of the ride. This card is what you will gain through the change.
The Sixth Card: Advice from higher guidance, whether this be your diety, a spirit guide, or just the cosmos.
